Plaxico Burress Gun Drama

I just don’t get it.  I’m shaking my head as I’m typing to be exact.  Quite honestly it’s amazing how someone who has a 35mil dollar NFL contract with a Super Bowl winning team could just screw it up for himself so bad.  Anyone who needs to have a gun on them to feel safe in any establishment should just not be in that establishment to begin with.  I’m sure Eli Manning must be loving this one..  How stupid can one be?  Some people are just their own worst enemy.

This is a great classic bag.  Apparently Halle Berry feels the same way that we do.  People.com lists this in their “I really love my” photo page….  If your into the satchel look which I absolutely adore then this is definitely one that you should put on your list.   As if this bag wasn’t great enough, this bag comes in three available sizes (small 14″x7″ $1,000, medium 17″x8″ $1,220, large 21″x9″ $1,800).

Gucci for UNICEF

I’m just sitting here going through the Gucci holiday catalog.  While I’m not that crazy about the bags themselves I think its great that Gucci is donating 25% of the proceeds of their Tattoo Heart Collection to UNICEF.  The comapny has also launched a great campaign featuring Rihanna to support this initiative.

Give the Perfect Handbag

I don’t know about you but each year when the holidays approach I always stress over what to get people for gifts.  For me, the woman are always easy and the men are always hard.  Maybe it’s because being my girly self I know that anything that I pretty much like the woman I know will love also.  I recently found myself over thinking the purchase of a handbag for someone.  I thought that safer was better thinking of basic black or brown but then I suddenly changed my mind.  Sometimes we stay too safe even when purchasing things for ourselves.  Isn’t the idea of a gift to get something for someone that they wouldn’t necessarily get for themselves.  There are many products out there that I always thought to myself that when I had ‘extra’ I would get it.  I say this holiday season get someone something that isn’t so ’safe’… I bet they’ll love it!

This luxurious bag from Fendi is always the classic.  The size, woven handles, fantastic leather and flap top with woven closure makes this bag a definite favorite among those designer bag junkies like myself.

They have had some missteps in reinventing the bag but for the most part we always love it and they hardly disappoint.  This bronze leather model is our new favorite obsession.  This bag is hot hot hot!

It should be here any day now!  Don’t you just love the holiday season?  Great Deals to be had everywhere!  Bluefly.com is great for designer sales and this bag was no option.  At 246.99, which is practically free in the designer handbag world, I just could not pass this one up.  We all need several large black hobo bags anyway… Don’t we??  =)
